We serve because our community depends on us.
Ever since it was founded in 1891, Martha & Mary’s mission has been to provide quality, compassionate care for the most vulnerable people of our community, no matter their financial means.
To this day a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, Martha & Mary is able to focus on providing those we serve with caring rehabilitation, a safe place to grow and learn, and an opportunity to live and age with dignity, honor and individuality. Just as we would do with our own family.

Support Martha & Mary
As a non-profit organization, we simply could not operate without the help of people like you. Non-profits are the backbone of the community and the frontline for the most vulnerable, and it is through your generous donations—of both time and money—that we are able to be a blessing and support to Kitsap county.
Your support is needed more than ever. Every year, more elder care facilities close because of cost pressures, but the demand continues to rise. It is only through the generous help of our donors that we are able to close the financial gap here at Martha & Mary. Your financial support guarantees that we will be able to continue to deliver quality, compassionate care to the most vulnerable in our community for the decades to come.

Kids and seniors together, just like a family
We believe that children and seniors gain substantial benefit from spending time together. Our nationally recognized intergenerational program is at the heart of Martha & Mary, and plays a central role in our commitment to bridging generations and enriching the lives of the people in our care.
Each week, our Preschool and PreK students spend one-on-one time with the residents of our Health and Rehab Center and other area senior care homes. As part of this unique experience, they enjoy arts & crafts, singing, and playing games. It is a remarkable opportunity for children and seniors to interact, enjoy, and learn from one another across generations.
We’re honored to be the first choice for so many seniors and parents in our community.
