"Thanks to Martha and Mary’s support and flexible work schedule, I was able to transition from LPN to RN and obtain my BSN. Their understanding and accommodation were crucial in balancing my job responsibilities and academic commitments. I am deeply grateful for their investment in my academic and professional growth, which is one of the many
reasons I have chosen to work here for the past 10 years."

"M&M is my second home. I love coming to work and collaborating with my co-workers on how to make everyone’s day flow smoothly. The best part of my day is having the kids run up to me and say, “I want a hug!” I feel special and appreciated by the children and families, especially when they get teary-eyed when it’s time to move on to a different classroom. The families always have so much praise to offer our team and center."
