Guaranteed job on graduation
CNAs are in demand! Graduates of the program who pass the state certification are guaranteed jobs with Martha & Mary, with pay starting at $21/hour.
First step on your healthcare career
Becoming a Nursing Assistant is a great way to start a rewarding career in healthcare. Many CNAs go on to nursing careers and more.
Get paid to train!
In addition to your tuition-free education, you get paid for class time. You also get on-the-job training at Martha & Mary while you’re completing the program.
What is the NASP?
We’re partnered with Olympic College’s Nursing Assistant Training Program in order to support our team members who are seeking a career in healthcare. We proudly sponsor up to five trainees each quarter.
Trainees are hired and trained at Martha & Mary as Hospitality Aides in order to qualify for the sponsorship program. If you’re chosen, you must commit to full attendance during Olympic College’s 12-week program as well as to working full-time at Martha & Mary during the program, but that includes all class time as well. In other words, we pay you to take class!
Sponsored trainees get the unique chance to build upon their skills in a safe and supportive environment as they transition from Hospitality Aide to Registered Nursing Assistant—then to Certified Nursing Assistant once they pass their state exam.
Success pays! The hourly wage for Certified Nursing Assistants who have received their certification begins at $21 an hour or more, depending on shifts worked and previous healthcare experience.
To get started, check our job openings for NASP trainee postings. These opportunities are available quarterly. Applications are due in August for the fall quarter, November for the winter quarter, February for the spring quarter, and May for the summer quarter.
